5 Tips for Dreamy Ultrasound Photos for Pregnant Moms
Tip 1:
Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water for 3-5 days before your scan. It helps clear amniotic fluid for crisper images.
Tip 2:
Wear comfortable clothes. Opt for easy-to-lift shirt and avoid dresses as you will have to lift the clothing entirely to showcase the belly
Tip 3:
Drink caffine and sugar. It can cause the baby to move and make it easier to get quality images.
Tip 4:
Choose the right timing for your scan. Your baby's features are more developed usually around 28-32 weeks.
Tip 5:
Relax and enjoy the moment. Take a deep breath and cherish this special peek at your baby. Stress-free moms get better pictures.

What is the difference between a 2D, 3D and 4D & HD untrasound?A 3d ultrasound is a static 3 dimensional image of your baby while 4D adds the dimension of live imaging, allowing you to see your baby’s movements in the womb in real time. While you do go home with images of your baby with 3D, the most miraculous part of the experience is seeing your baby move inside the womb. You’ll get to watch as they smile, yawn and play with their toes. 2D technology is simple black and white imaging primarily used to determine the gender. HD is a high definition picture, it allows you to see a more realistic image of your baby.

Does this replace a Drs visit?ABSOLUTELY NOT! Women seeking a prenatal Ultrasound with It All Starts in the Womb must already be receiving treatment with a healthcare provider for prenatal care and have already undergone a medical and diagnostic ultrasound ordered by their provider that confirm their due date, screen for fetal anomalies, and to look for any other pregnancy related issues. During the ultrasound session we confirm the heartbeat, the number of babies in the pregnancy, the position of the baby, and the placental location. Please note, at no time is this exam to be used in place of a complete diagnostic Ultrasound.

How far along should I be before i have a 4D ultrasound? If you plan on having only one 4D Ultrasound examination, we would recommend having the examination performed between the 26th and 32nd week of the pregnancy. However, excellent images of your baby can be obtained anytime during the pregnancy. We schedule sessions from 8-40 weeks of pregnancy

Will I always get a beautiful picture of my baby?Usually, but not always. Sometimes if the baby is persistently looking face down, i.e. towards your spine it may be difficult to see the baby’s face. Other factors, such as the baby facing the placenta or lack of amniotic fluid in front of the baby’s face, may affect the quality of the images. In such a case, we will try repositioning the mother, asking her to walk around, etc. to see if we can obtain a better position. Every baby scans differently, depending on its gestational age, position, amount of fluid, and mother’s condition. We promise to make every effort to obtain the best possible images of whatever parts of the baby that can be seen.

Can I bring family and friends?Yes. In fact, we encourage our clients to invite family and friends to attend the elective 4D Ultrasound session. This is a joyous and wonderful experience, one that can be shared with your family and loved ones. We can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people in addition to the mother. More than 5 guests may come with you but this gives you a general idea of the amount of seating in the room. We can work to accommodate others if necessary. Our seating is specifically arranged so that everyone in your party will have an excellent view of our large screen 4D images of the baby. Babies and children are also always welcome at our studio. More than 5 people will be an extra fee, so let us know in advance so we can accommodate.
-
Is the ultrasound covered by insurance? At this point, insurance does not cover the costs of our Ultrasounds. Since this ultrasound is elective and is not intended to be a replacement for a complete diagnostic Ultrasound, you will need to pay the cost of this Ultrasound as an out of pocket expense.

Will I Receive A Refund If My Images Are Not Clear? The clarity of the images is based on you not on us. We apologize but we would not be able to give a refund if the images are not clear. That has nothing to do with the 4D technology nor the staff. That has to do with the amount of amniotic fluid. The more fluid the better the quality of the image. All sales are final.

Payment? We accept Zelle, credit and/or debit.
