2-DAY ONE-ON-ONE ANATOMY SCAN DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY Total Course Tuition $900 Registration Deposit $200 - required to reserve training dates Deposit Policy NON-REFUNDABLE; transferable one time within 6 months Remaining Balance $700 Final Payment Due 14 days before Day 1 of training IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE PAYING YOUR DEPOSIT THE $200 DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. ONCE THE $200 DEPOSIT IS PAID, IT WILL NOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED. The $200 deposit is applied toward the total course tuition of $900 and reserves your selected training dates. TRANSFER OPTION: Although the deposit is non-refundable, the $200 deposit may be transferred one time to another available training date that takes place within 6 months of the original training date. • No refund: The $200 deposit will not be returned as cash, check, card refund, or account credit. • One transfer only: The deposit may be moved to one other available training date. • Six-month limit: The new training date must be within 6 months of the original training date. • After the transfer: The deposit cannot be transferred again. • Remaining tuition: The $700 balance is due 14 days before Day 1 of the training you attend. • Late registration: Students registering fewer than 14 days before training must pay the full $900 tuition at registration unless another arrangement is approved in writing. • If It All Starts in The Womb cancels the training: Payments may be moved to a new available date or refunded.
